Now that you have become an eBay affiliate and have that ever-valuable EPN, it’s time to make sure that you take full advantage of the benefits that come with eBay. As the world’s largest action website and one of the most visited websites on the internet, eBay does a lot of work for you to get customers and sell them products. It’s up to you to make sure that you take advantage of this and reap the rewards.

There are some terrific WordPress tools available to you to help you post targeted eBay options to your website. Most are premium (paid) applications and plugins, but there are a few free programs that can help. One of best free programs is PHPBay Lite, a nifty program that allows you to create pages on your websites with specific eBay products. If your site is about pets you can use this program to create one page of dog carriers, another on cat carriers, maybe a page on kennels and so on. This was the first eBay listing tool that I used and I loved it so much that I bought the Pro Version and have never looked back. However, as you get started, the free Lite version will help you create some sales and generate traffic. You won’t get rich with the free version but you will make some money!

Another nice free tool is Money Press: eBay Edition. This plugin allows you to add eBay listings to your site by keyword. Again, if your site is about pets you can enter the appropriate keywords and get listings of all types of eBay auctions in those categories. I like this tool because you can also add your eBay seller ID and post your own eBay listings. A double header for you if you sell the item.

The third free eBay tool is eBay Sales Lister. This plugin is designed to add your own eBay listings into a column on your website. Even if your listings aren’t relevant to the topic or niche of your blog, this is a nice tool to help you sell products that you have listed on eBay. While you can’t create a separate page or post with this tool, it is free and does give you eBay listings.

The last free tool is WP eBay Ads. This plugin is being used on about 2500 WordPress sites and allows you to add an eBay listing to a post without too much hassle. It also cloaks your affiliate link to eBay which can be a real plus. Some visitors to websites refuse to click on obvious affiliate links (a lousy practice in my opinion) and this cloaking helps trick them into thinking it is an eBay link (which it is, just through you).

Don’t waste that valuable eBay affiliate acceptance! Now that you have become an eBay affiliate, use your EPN to help you make money.
